Additional functionality allows you to “autopick” the value for a filter.  This will present you with a list of possible values when creating a filter, saving you time and ensuring that you get the spelling correct.

Shared memory space issue.  An issue was detected by the way that winword.exe instances can host more than one document.  As such two documents in the same winword.exe instance could both reference the same collection of objects and cached data.  In particular this allowed key data to be referenced within a second document that hadn’t downloaded them yet.  To remove this issue objects within CM Tools are given either a shared or exclusive memory location and CM Tools will ensure that no other documents can access this memory.  This means that objects will be re-initialised when the document is saved under a new name, but no significant performance impact will occur
